Collector/Sculptor Mark Klaus says that the movies we watched as a child at Christmas is one of the strongest ways we all remember Christmas. Mark used to dress up as Santa and started by recreating a room from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. He is the third generation of his family to create little worlds for people to experience the “magic of Christmas”.
Flash forward forty years and Mark has traveled America to amass one of the world’s largest privately owned collection of Christmas movie props and costumes. When he outgrew his home, he created the Hollywood Christmas Movieland museum to display his props and “to create memories” of Christmas for all who visit.
